As the anti-poverty agency in Ulster County, we provide a comprehensive approach to the needs of economically disadvantaged individuals and families through a variety of services. Our services are provided through a network of outreach centers located in Kingston, Highland and Ellenville. These offices provide residents in Ulster County with access to all of our programs and other community resources.
