The DASNY NICIP award received by UCCAC in December 2016 has just completed its’ first milestone with the completion of the roof replacement project. Extensive work to replace and repair the roof system located at 70 Lindsley Ave., was completed in February 2018 by Transitional Builder, Inc., from Poughkeepsie, NY under the direction of Praetorius & Conrad, P.C. from Saugerties, NY.
