Outreach Services

As the anti-poverty agency serving Ulster and Sullivan Counties, we provide a comprehensive approach to the needs of economically disadvantaged individuals and families through a variety of services. Our services are provided through a network of outreach centers located in Kingston, Highland, Ellenville and Monticello. These offices provide residents in the two counties with access to all of our programs and other community resources.  Contact Suzy Hinchey, Outreach Program Director at 845-338-8750, ext. 105 for additional assistance.
